World Mental Health Day is on Sunday 10 October and the Ideas Hub have a great event planned to bring attention to this extremely important subject.

Activities will be taking place on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 October at The Art Place Pop-Up in Chelmsford (located in High Chelmer Shopping Centre, opposite Boots) and are all free of charge! Throughout the day, there will be plenty of people to chat with if you need. You can drop by at any time to see what’s going on. Everyone is welcome!

14:00-14:30 – Gut Health Talk

14:30- 16:00- Gut Health Q&A

16:00-16:30- Laughter Yoga

MONDAY 11 OCTOBER

10:30 – Processing Your Trauma poetry workshop.

12:00-12:30 – Lunchtime chair yoga session 1 (For people with limited mobility)

12:30-13:00 – Lunchtime chair yoga session 2 (For people with limited mobility)

5:00-5:30 – Guided Meditation

AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS (ALL DAY):

Create Art with Us – Many different materials are available, you can draw, paint, write, etc to show your journey with Mental Health or expressing emotions/feelings.

Breaking the stigma – Drop in anytime and talk with us.

Physical activity and Mental Health – Come and use our stationary bike.
