Baby loss remembrance service
A special service of remembrance for parents and families who have lost a baby will take place on Saturday 21 September at Chelmsford Crematorium.
The service will take place in the South Chapel at 11am. Doors will be open from 10am and refreshments will be available after the service.
Losing a child during pregnancy or at birth can be a devastating experience. This service aims to give parents and families an opportunity to remember, share and unite during a difficult time.
The memorial service will be led by Reverend Michael Child and the names of loved ones will be read out during an act of remembrance. If you would like the name of a baby to be read out, please contact the Bereavement Services team on 01245 605630.
A collection will be taken in aid of Assure. Assure is a local Chelmsford charity that provides confidential, compassionate support for pregnancy loss.
