Help shape future business support

Business Survey

Chelmsford City Council wants to hear from local businesses about what support they need. It has launched a short survey for businesses to have their say and help shape the council’s business support programme for 2023.

Respond to survey

Local businesses have been affected by the pandemic and continue to face challenges of rising costs and ongoing uncertainties. The council has produced a five-minute survey to understand what support businesses think they will need in the short, medium and longer-term.

“We know the past few years have been really tough and there will continue to be more challenges as the economy recovers.

“The council has the opportunity to provide support but wants to make sure the support packages on offer will best meet businesses’ needs. Taking a few minutes to answer this survey will help ensure the support initiatives on offer are worthwhile and helpful to those that need them.”

Councillor Simon Goldman, Cabinet Deputy for the Economy and Small Business
