Could you volunteer to support the Covid-19 booster roll-out?

Person in high-vis directing people to get vaccinated

Volunteers are urgently needed to help with the Covid-19 vaccination and booster programme across Essex. If you can spare just a few hours a week, you can make a huge difference to how many people in Essex get jabbed.

As a volunteer, you could help with things like marshalling and administration at vaccine centres and walk-in clinics across the county.

Roles are flexible to fit in with your lifestyle. There are a variety of tasks on offer and shifts starting from four hours.

Everyone is welcome to join the Essex vaccination team and no experience is needed. Please consider volunteering. You will be helping save lives and protecting your community against Covid-19.

How to become a volunteer

The Essex Wellbeing Service is recruiting volunteers and coordinating volunteering efforts. To apply, complete the volunteer registration form.

You can also email provide.essexwellbeing@nhs.net or call 0300 303 9988 (8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm on Saturdays) to find out more.
