Walking is incredibly beneficial for both your mental and physical health. That’s why we are encouraging you to get outside and get moving during one week in August for charity!

This event is supporting Mind, Helping Hands and Sanctus which are the Mayor of Chelmsford’s chosen charities. You can walk as far as you’d like, as long as you get out in the open and breathe in the fresh air! Our recommendation is 5-10km and you can choose your own route or follow ours – it’s up to you!

To register, please email: heartandsole@chelmsford.gov.uk and you will then be provided with all the details, including our suggested route, map and how to donate. There is a suggested donation of £5 which will go towards the Mayor’s chosen charities.
